The "VIBROTECH 300" is an automatic sample polishing machine capable of accommodating a 305mm diameter flat plate made from high-rigidity industrial-grade materials and components. Vibratory polishing is suitable for fine polishing finishes in the ultra-finish polishing stage, particularly for EBSD (Electron Backscatter Diffraction) or AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy).
